We have finally got a date to sign Contracts

After a 30 minute conversation with 2 ladies at Allworth I now have a date to sign our building contracts, November 11th. Hopefully we will have a slab down before they close for Christmas.
We have to pay 2 price increases which I am not very happy about because they stuffed us around for so long. But it wasn't completely their fault I guess.

  1. Congrats Tina. I was told by Sales rep in Oran park earlier that they will only have 2 days off during Christmas and not weeks off.

Request them to start the work asap as it is already delayed so much. Hope you are already started paying the council fee for the lot.

  3. Tina, the sales reps at the display homes only have a few days off over Christmas but head office & the tradies usually have around 4 weeks off.
If you are getting a loan for the build Allworth will wait for the commencement letter before they start counting the 20 working days to start building. It took 14 days until Allworth received this from our bank.

  4. Thats what i thought it was, a guy comes into my work who works for allworth as a brickie i will ask how long he gets off over christmas. They say i should have a slab before christmas but im not hopefully. They originally told me we would have our keys by january when we paid our deposit. How wrong were they..,
