Contracts are signed!

Today we signed the building contracts. It took about 40 minutes, we only changed two things so there wasnt much to check. Hopefully we will have something happen before they close for christmas, but it doubt it will.

    Thanx gaggy, i dont think anything will happen before they shut for christmas. Im still waiting on the letter from the bank to send to allworth.
